Design

Complex design of industrial and commercial buildings including architecture, statics, electrical, mechanical and infrastructure disciplines, from concept design until detail design for construction.

Cost management

Preparation of cost plan, budget and cash flow plan, strategic consultancy, procurement services according to Client needs, management building tenders, preparation of technical and financial comparison, value engineering exercises, assistance during contracting fund manager.

EDD - Audits

Environmental due diligence is a study to clarify the way of environmental permitting based on process data provided by Client and initial meetings with authority. The study defines the duration and way of environmental permitting highlighting the potential environmental risks to be considered.

Project Management

Full project management services from design until successful handover, coordinating work of design team, cooperation with authorities and contractors, by following timeline and budget, preparation of regular progress reports for international management.

Consultancy

Technical and financial consultancy regarding problems during preparation and realization of projects with Fidic experience.

Technical supervision

Technical supervision in all disciplines during construction, administrative tasks related to building e-log and fund management, preparation of snaglists, leading site cooperation meetings.

TDD - Audits

Technical due diligence of plots or existing buildings before acquisition, detailed technical report, including regulation limits, utility connection possibilities, list of risks and potential solutions.
